Given the current Covid-19 outbreak in New Zealand, the OVHC Committee is evaluating the options for this year's festival.  We have decided to defer opening ticket sales until the Committee decides what is feasible. 

 

We will update this page as soon as we have made a decision.

The Race is On!  The Oamaru Challenge Cup, last seen in 2018, is on again!  On Saturday 20 November, local rowers will defend their title against the Royal New Zealand Navy.

 

Head down to Friendly Bay around 2 pm (depending on tides) and cheer on our local team!

There will also be train rides offered on Saturday and Sunday.
